What is the delivery lead time?

Standard delivery time is 7–14 business days for in-stock items within India. Lead times for customised orders or out-of-stock items may vary and will be communicated at checkout. For urgent requirements please contact our sales team and we will try to accommodate expedited delivery.

Do you provide installation and assembly?

Yes — we offer professional assembly/installation for many products in select cities. Charges may apply depending on product and location. You can opt for installation at checkout or schedule after delivery via our support team.

Can I customise a product?

Yes. Many of our products can be customised for size, finish and upholstery. Pricing and lead times vary by request — please use the product enquiry form or visit a showroom to discuss details with our specialists.

What is your warranty policy?

Most products come with a manufacturer warranty (typically 6 months to 3 years depending on the item). Warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes normal wear & tear, accidental damage and misuse. Full terms are available on product pages and in the warranty document included with your order.

What is your return and cancellation policy?

Returns/cancellations depend on product type. For non-custom items, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of order (subject to restocking). Returns for damaged or defective products are handled via our Returns & Refunds process — please contact customer care for guidance and to raise a claim.

Do you offer bulk / corporate orders?

Yes. We work with corporates, architects and interior designers. For bulk orders and trade pricing please contact our sales team with project details and required timelines for a custom quote.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, netbanking and EMI options (where available). GST invoices can be provided on request for business purchases.

How do I raise a warranty or service request?

Email our support team at contactus@daf.co.in or use the Contact Us form with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will respond with next steps.

Can I visit your showrooms?

Yes — our showrooms in Lucknow and Raebareli display key collections. Visit the Showrooms page for addresses, opening hours and directions.

How should I care for my furniture?

Care varies by material. General guidance: avoid direct sunlight, clean spills quickly with a soft cloth, use recommended cleaners and follow product-specific care instructions included with your order.
